Light assignments are for a two week period, Monday thru Friday.
Managers are responsible for the lights the nights they are playing at that park and FRIDAY NIGHT MAKE-UPS.
Lights go on before dusk.The manager to lights should be at the park before the of the last game to ensure that the lights get turned off immediately after the completion of the game.
The manager to the lights for the next two weeks must get the keys from the manager of the team they are playing on Thursday night.
The manager receiving the keys is responsible for the lights the night they receive the keys.
In order to keep peace with the city the team assigned to light duty will clean up the bench and playing area and report to Don Murphy by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if the area has been trashed.A $100.00 fine will be assigned to the team that does not turn the lights on and off each and every time during their assignment.
The assign team will also received a $50.00 fine if they lose or neglect to pass on the keys at the end of their assignment.
